Susan Bradberry
Managing Director, HR Operations
Susan Bradberry is a successful Federal Human Resources Executive with nearly 25 years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations in all areas of human capital. She held positions of Chief Human Capital Officer and Deputy Director of Human Resources among others prior to leaving government service.

As a Senior Project Manager with AvantGarde, she consults on and manages HR operational contracts, business operations support tasks, and human capital strategic consulting projects for a variety of Federal clients including those in the Legislative and Executive Branches.
​
Under her leadership, AvantGarde team members provide support in a variety of areas including staffing and talent acquisition, position classification, workforce relations, performance management, personnel action processing, workforce and strategic planning, organizational assessments, senior advisory services, IT project management, and financial analysis.

Susan graduated with distinction from American University with a Master of Public Administration under the Key Executive Program.
