Comprehensive HR Support and Workforce Optimization at the Department of Navy 

AG provided comprehensive HR support to the Department of Navy, enhancing workforce management, performance, policy, classification, and employee relations. AG identified and deployed a high-performing team, delivering expertise in employee recognition, performance management, onboarding, workforce development, HR policy, and classification. AG streamlined HR operations, developed policies, conducted workforce assessments, and improved training programs. Enhancing IT Acquisition and Contract Management at USDA

AG supported a Department of Agriculture agency in streamlining IT acquisition planning and contract oversight, providing expertise in business analysis, financial reporting, and administrative support. Our team assisted Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) in managing a complex IT contract portfolio, improving data accessibility, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. By developing structured tracking tools, refining processes, and delivering targeted training, we helped stabilize workloads and enhance operational efficiency for the first time in years.

DOJ - Core Capability: Technology

Enterprise Application Modernization and Cloud Migration Support at DOJ

At the Department of Justice AG provided technical expertise to support the migration of enterprise applications, reducing costs and modernizing infrastructure. AG contributed to vendor selection, migration planning, and execution, ensuring seamless transition and documentation updates. The team delivered program management, business analysis, enterprise architecture, and technical documentation, facilitating Agile development and DevOps integration. AG successfully migrated applications and established new operational processes, ensuring system security and reliability while enhancing efficiency and maintainability within the client’s enterprise application ecosystem.

Comprehensive HR and Workforce Strategy Support at a Title 2 Agency on Capitol Hill 

AG provided strategic and operational HR support to a Title 2 Agency on Capitol Hill, enhancing workforce management, staffing, classification, policy development, and organizational effectiveness. Our team supported executive recruitment, workforce planning, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with legislative policies. AG developed strategic plans, implemented organizational assessments, and optimized HR processes to improve efficiency and service delivery. By streamlining hiring, modernizing policies, and enhancing employee development, AG helped the agency strengthen its human capital strategy and operational effectiveness, ensuring the workforce was well-equipped to meet evolving mission requirements.

Advancing Innovation and Employee Engagement at the Department of Transportation 

AG supported the Department of Transportation in revitalizing its Office of Innovation and Engagement, enhancing communication, collaboration, and employee engagement across its 11 Operating Administrations. Our team designed and implemented strategies to improve organizational effectiveness, facilitated leadership assessments, and developed customized training and toolkits. AG provided consulting support, conducted organizational assessments, and delivered competency-based education programs. By equipping leaders with actionable insights and repeatable processes, AG enabled long-term sustainability and impact. The engagement strengthened strategic planning, enhanced engagement initiatives, and positioned the Office as a valued resource across the Department.

Strengthening Sexual Assault Prevention and Response at the National Guard Bureau 

AG provided critical non-personnel services to the National Guard Bureau’s Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Program Office, supporting its mission to eliminate sexual assault through policy analysis, standardized training, data-driven decision-making, and improved victim advocacy. Our team, comprising experts in policy, data analysis, training, and SharePoint administration, enhanced SAPR operations by drafting congressional responses, strategic plans, and reports for senior military leadership. AG optimized SAPR’s SharePoint platform, increasing accessibility for stakeholders across all 54 jurisdictions, and developed training curricula incorporating best practices in prevention, intervention, and restorative justice. Our work reinforced SAPR’s effectiveness, enabling data-informed strategies, process efficiencies, and improved coordination across the Department of Defense and National Guard.
