Rebecca started her business in 2011 after spending an entire career in government with zero knowledge of starting, scaling, and growing a business. Today, her business, AvantGarde, is a thriving 120+ person award-winning HR and IT consulting firm. Rebecca believes if she did it, anyone can do it.
