On December 3rd, AvantGarde hosted its annual holiday party at the Yours Truly hotel in Washington, DC. With over 60 employees in attendance, the evening was a vibrant celebration of connection and community. Guests enjoyed delicious refreshments, including a popular pasta station, while taking the opportunity to unwind and catch up in person.
The night featured special award recognitions, including the prestigious AG Values Awards and the Melvin Blowe Award, honoring team members who exemplify our core values. Adding a festive twist, we played a spirited game of Holiday Family Feud, bringing out plenty of laughter and friendly competition.
We also welcomed Bev Babers to her new role as AG's first COO!
