Paid Time Off (PTO)

Starting off you will accrue 15 days of PTO annually – (This is pro-rated for PT employees working 30+ hpw)

Holidays

You will receive 11 holidays which follow the Federal Government holiday schedule – (This is pro-rated for PT employees working 30+ hpw)

Medical Insurance

There are three medical insurance options for you to choose from. (For FT team members working 30+ hours per week)

Dental

If you want to protect your pearly whites, we offer a dental insurance plan. (For FT team members working 30+ hours per week)

Vision Insurance

If you need glasses or contacts, enroll in our vision care insurance. (For FT team members working 30+ hours per week)

Health Savings Account (HSA)

Under two of our health insurance options, you can have pre-tax dollars deducted from each paycheck and put into an account to pay for health, dental, or vision care costs like deductibles and co-pays. (For FT team members working 30+ hours per week)

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Enroll in an FSA and have money deducted pre-tax each pay period to get pre-tax reimbursed for Health Care, Dependent Care, and/or Commuter Transit and Parking expenses. (For FT team members working 30+ hours per week)

Commuter Allowance

It can be expensive commuting to work, so we help defray that cost for those who work onsite 3+ days per week by offering you the option to elect to have either $100 per month loaded to your Metro Smart Card or $100 per month added to your pay as a stipend for utilizing the public transportation method of your choice (carpool, vanpool, bus, ridesharing, Enterprise Commute, bicycle, etc.). And, for those who park onsite, the Parking FSA is a great option for you!

401(K)

To encourage our people to set aside money for retirement, all AG employees can participate in our 401(k) plan at the time of hire, and can receive a company match after six months of service.

Life Insurance and ADD&D

No one wants to think about needing life insurance, and you don’t have to, because we cover you with life, accidental death and dismemberment insurance free of cost you. (For FT team members working 30+ hours per week)

Short- and Long-term Disability (STD/LTD)

AG’s benefits package helps you prepare for all possible life events, and we cover you with long-term disability insurance and offer you the option to enroll in short-term disability insurance coverage. (For FT team members working 30+ hours per week)

Critical Illness and Accidental Injury Insurance

If you work 30+ hours per week, you can enroll in these two supplemental and voluntary benefit plans which pay a cash benefit in the event of critical illness or accidental injury. (For FT team members working 30+ hours per week)

Telework

Work life balance is a cornerstone of our culture. We do our utmost to offer you remote, telecommuting, and alternative work schedule options whenever possible. If you work on site with a client, having these options is totally based upon the client’s policy.

Legal Services
